Architect – Bell Ingram Design

Bell Ingram Design are a long established multi-disciplinary practice based in Perth, Forfar and Beauly. We are currently looking for a qualified architect to join our team working on a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout Scotland, primarily in a rural setting.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

Applicants must have the ability to cope with a changing and varied workload, be self-motivated and possess good communication skills with attention to detail.

Travel throughout Scotland is required and a full driving licence and access to a car for business purposes is essential.

We offer a competitive remuneration package commensurate to the skills and experience of the successful applicant along with excellent training opportunities and career progression prospects.

Qualified Chartered Surveyors - Perth, Aberdeen

Bell Ingram is recruiting for qualified chartered surveyors to join our Rural Land Management team.

The positions, which are based in Perth, Forfar and Aberdeen, offer the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of professional work for a good variety of clients, with a focus on negotiations, rural estate management and valuation.

Applicants must have the ability to cope with a changing and varied workload, be self-motivated and possess good communication skills with attention to detail.

Travel throughout Scotland is required and a full driving licence and access to a car for business purposes is essential.

The ideal applicant will be at least two years post qualified (MRICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer with the relevant experience. Being a Fellow of CAAV is an advantage, but not essential.

Lead Forester, Senior Associate Level - Perth

An exciting opportunity to take a principal role as Lead Forester at Bell Ingram LLP, leading the existing team of forest managers, and developing the rapidly expanding client base and forestry service in areas such as woodland management, asset management and forestry investment, throughout Scotland.

Responsibilities will range from:

The successful candidate will have a good forestry knowledge as well as an understanding of carbon offsetting and natural capital. You will have excellent communication skills and be capable of building relationships with new and existing clients, motivating others and maximising cross selling opportunities with the wider rural business.

Various levels of knowledge, experience and professional qualifications will be considered.  MRICS and / or ICF qualification is preferred, a positive attitude and enthusiasm is essential.

Wayleave Officers - Ayr

Bell Ingram is looking for experienced Wayleave Officers to join our team based in Ayr, covering utility projects in Glasgow/Central belt. 

You must be highly motivated and enthusiastic preferably with experience of providing wayleave services for pipeline and utilities projects. Experience in rural land management and digital mapping would also be beneficial.

Successful candidates will undertake land referencing, secure land rights, liaise with landowners and negotiate compensation claims for a variety of utility companies.
