Bell Ingram looks for those with ambition and drive to take their careers forward. We can ensure you receive the relevant experience which, added to your own work, will assist in securing the pass you need.

Across the mix of disciplines, we have an excellent success rate in recent years for RICS, APC and CAAV exams for land agents, and ICF exams for foresters, which is a reflection of our in-house training programme as well as the hard work of quality candidates. We will also provide support and training for those in other disciplines (such as architecture and mapping) who are pursuing further qualifications.

A number of Bell Ingram staff are RICS and CAAV examiners which is invaluable when training our candidates. Our successful trainees who have moved up a level help those approaching their APC/CAAV exams by passing on tips and contacts for study groups in the area. In addition, an outside expert is brought in to help with presentation skills to provide a sound base when giving talks or public speaking.
