Directions
From Forfar, take the A932 Arbroath Road for approximately 6 miles. You will see a signpost which says Milldens. Carry on past this sign and the Cottage in on the right-hand side of the road just within the double gates leading to Balmadies House.

Situation
North Lodge is situated on the outskirts of Forfar and is well placed for access to Forfar, Arbroath and only 10 minutes from the A90 to Dundee and Aberdeen. These all provide the main amenities such as shops, restaurants, sports centres and Doctors’ surgery. Primary schooling is available in Letham and Forfar and secondary schooling is available at Forfar Academy.
