Loch Ness Lodge Retreat in Fort Augustus sits in a tranquil location on the edge of the village.
Lodge 12 is immaculately presented and furnished to a high standard. It has double glazing and gas central heating making the lodge attractive even as winter approaches.
The Lodge is spacious and modern and enjoys a peaceful spot at the rear of the site beside the golf course.
Steps leads to the decking area and from the deck a door leads to the open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area with French doors opening onto the decking. The lounge area has a wall-mounted television and a modern wall mounted electric fire.
There is a dining area and well equipped stylish kitchen in cream with grey granite effect work surface. It has an integral cooker with gas hob and also a built-in fridge and freezer.
A door leads from this area to the bedrooms and shower room. The master bedroom has a good range of fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. There is a second twin bedroom and a separate shower room.
Externally the lodge has a large decking area which has a seating area to the front and steps down to the hot tub to the rear. The lodge sits in landscaped garden grounds and has a private parking space.
The lodges can be rented out for 38 weeks of the year and are serviced by an experienced management team.
