Loch Ness Lodge Retreat in Fort Augustus sits in a tranquil location on the edge of the village.

Lodge 12 is immaculately presented and furnished to a high standard. It has double glazing and gas central heating making the lodge attractive even as winter approaches.

The Lodge is spacious and modern and enjoys a peaceful spot at the rear of the site beside the golf course.

Steps leads to the decking area and from the deck a door leads to the open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area with French doors opening onto the decking. The lounge area has a wall-mounted television and a modern wall mounted electric fire.
There is a dining area and well equipped stylish kitchen in cream with grey granite effect work surface. It has an integral cooker with gas hob and also a built-in fridge and freezer.

A door leads from this area to the bedrooms and shower room. The master bedroom has a good range of fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. There is a second twin bedroom and a separate shower room.

Externally the lodge has a large decking area which has a seating area to the front and steps down to the hot tub to the rear. The lodge sits in landscaped garden grounds and has a private parking space.

The lodges can be rented out for 38 weeks of the year and are serviced by an experienced management team.

Lodge 12 is situated on the outskirts of Fort Augustus in a prime position for anyone who enjoys the outdoor life or wishes to be central to Fort William and Inverness.
Fort Augustus sits at the end of Loch Ness in the picturesque Great Glen. Forming part of the chain to the Caledonian Canal, linking Fort William on the west coast to Inverness on the east, the locks in the centre of the village provide a popular tourist attraction.

The village has a variety shops, a post office and several restaurants and cafes.



From Glasgow follow the A82 towards Fort William and then onwards to Fort Augustus. When entering Fort Augustus the Lodges are on the left hand side and number 12 is situated at the rear of the site close to the Golf Course. From Inverness take the A82 and following this road through the village of Fort Augustus and the site is on the right.
