From Inverness take the A9 north crossing the Kessock, Cromarty and Dornoch bridges. Continue past Dornoch and just after the Mound turn left on the A839 towards Lairg and Rogart Continue into the village of Pittentrail and turn right opposite the Spar shop. Continue along this road for approx. 3 miles and at the signpost for Golspie turn right. The track to 99 Knockarthur is around three quarters of a mile along on the left-hand side. Take this track and the propery is at the end of the track on the right.
