From the North, follow the A90 trunk road until you reach the A933 exit to Brechin. Follow signs for the A933, Forfar Road until you reach Arbroath. On entering Arbroath at the first set of traffic lights turn right onto Keptie Road. Continue for approximately 0.6 miles then turn left to continue on Keptie Road. After 0.2 miles turn right onto Addison Place. After a further 0.1 miles Jamieson Street is on the left and the property can be found on the right.

From the South, follow the A92 to Arbroath. When you reach Arbroath Infirmary, follow the B964 on Addison Place for approximately 0.2 miles then turn right onto Jamieson Street and the property can be found on the left.
