Innishmore is situated in the village of Ellenabeich. The surrounding area abounds with outdoor sporting and leisure opportunities and is renowned for its excellent sailing waters.

It is an extremely attractive and popular tourist destination which is the hub of North Argyll. The town is home to the principal Caledonian MacBrayne ferry terminal for services to the Inner and Outer Hebrides. The adjacent railway station sees trains operate several times a day to Glasgow and beyond.

From Oban, take the A816 Soroba Road towards Campbeltown. After approximately 7 miles, turn right onto the B844, signposted to Easdale, Balvicar and Atlantic Bridge. Follow the road for a further 8 miles towards Easdale, arriving in the village of Ellenabeich. Upon entering the centre of the village, take a left hand turn between the rows of cottages. Innishmore is located at the end of the road on the right-hand side. Parking is available at the property.
