Mains of Mawcarse is in one of the most attractive areas of Scotland, making it ideal for family living, It is minutes from the M90 motorway with Perth just 16 miles to the north and Edinburgh 25 miles to the south.
There is an enviable view of the Lomond Hills, an area of some 25 square miles of moorland, lochs and farmland, which was designated as Scotland's first regional park in 1986 in recognition of its importance for recreation and conservation.
The attractive town of Kinross, just a couple of miles away, has excellent shops and restaurants, not to mention a fine golf course and an excellent high school that also serves as a community sports and leisure facility.
