Hugh comes from a farming background and works from the Perth Office which he joined in 2011. He is involved in the management of rural property for a range of both private and public sector clients throughout Scotland. This includes the management of agricultural and sporting Estates. As well as this Hugh is an RICS Registered Valuer involved in valuations of all types of rural property throughout Scotland. Other work Hugh undertakes includes compensation claims for various utilities and disposals of redundant assets and reservoirs. Bruce Stephens - RIAS RIBA

Bruce Stephens has been an architect within Bell Ingram Design since 2003. He is responsible for the day to day running and management of architectural projects including contract administration, preparation of project briefs, feasibility studies and production of design and technical information. Bruce has been responsible for projects such as the Sulwath Centre, Rawes Farmhouse, West Green Park, Perth Museum and various other projects for RSPB, SNH, HS and NTS. Bruce is also Bell Ingram’s Environmental Manager and is responsible for writing, updating and implementing Bell Ingram’s Environmental and Carbon Reduction Policy.
