Situated at Ambleside in Cumbria, the Cumbria office, led by Andrew Thompson, provides land agency services for pipeline, cable and telecommunications companies with associated wayleaving and compensation advice, as well as Rural Land Management and Valuation services.

The office is situated at ‘Low Nook’ in Ambleside, at the University of Cumbria Campus on Rydal Road, adjacent to the Armit Museum, on the right hand side of the A591 towards Grasmere & Keswick; approx 100m after the mini roundabout at the base of the ‘Struggle’ and 200m after the National Trust ‘Bridge House’ on the left hand side.
