From Craignure on Mull leave the ferry terminal and turn left onto the A849 signposted to Bunessan and Fionnphort (Iona Ferry), following the road all the way to its end at the Iona ferry car park. Take the ferry across the sound and from the Iona slipway take a left turn and follow the shore road for approximately half a mile until the road sweeps to the right. Seileastair is located on the right hand side after approximately 50 yards.
