Graduate Programme
At Bell Ingram we are dedicated to fostering the next generation of Rural Surveyors. Our Graduate Programme guides candidates through the APC process to becoming a RICS Chartered Surveyor. The programme includes:
• Structured training programmes.
• Internal and external CPD events.
• Graduate training days.
• Dedicated training RICS supervisor and counsellor.
• Commercial and professional skills training.
• Payment of your RICS membership, APC registration and first APC assessment.
• Five days paid study leave.


Meet our APC Programme Leaders

Sarah Tyson MRICS
As a former RICS Assessor, Sarah knows what it takes to pass the APC examination. With a keen eye for detail, Sarah ensures our Graduates are prepared to excel at their final exams. Sarah is our Head of Valuations and an experienced rural property surveyor dealing with all types of valuations, renewable energy, estate management and property consultancy across Scotland.
Rhona Booth MRICS
The favourite part of Rhona’s job is nurturing the next generation of rural surveyors, helping them gain the knowledge and experience needed to go on and pass their APC. She is a highly experienced RICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer working across Perthshire and Angus advising on all aspects of estate and farm management, including landlord and tenant negotiations, telecommunication mast agreements, utility projects and CPO compensation claims.
